We Have Lights But No Power

Does anyone have any ideas house is 12 years old thanks.

We have lights but no power.

I bet you tested for power to the ground. Now to check if this is the real problem go to your switch board and check out your safety switch. Woke up this morning and none of the lights in the house are working power points are fine though. Sometimes a loose connection will make a crackling noise.

If the fixture works properly. Our other porch light is downstream on the same circuit and is working fine. Electronic models have a child lock out feature to prevent the dishwasher from accidentally being turned on. It gets pretty dark out there so we havent really made much use of the space at night which is a shame.

If this resolves the problem then have the appliance in question checked by electricians plus. So what could be causing the problem. We ve run extension cords for power before but it would be cool if any of the offbeat homies have got better ideas for lighting up the balcony.
